Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY

We strive to make a product that is as close to perfect as possible, but things do happen. We back all our products with a lifetime warranty on all *non cosmetic workmanship. The cosmetics of the product (ie.paint or powder coat) are back by a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper Installation
• Freight
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by collision
• Products not manufactured by Montana Offroad Design

Warranty conditions

Montana Offroad Designs being notified by the purchaser within one month after the discovery of any defects.

The return of the defective product(s) to Montana Offroad Designs at the purchaser's expense within the warranty period.

Montana Offroad Design examination of such product(s) and its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

*non-cosmetic pertains to - welding, material quality, hardware, fasteners, electrical, and electrical connectors.
