Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it
  
• Be uninstalled and unused
  
• Be in its original packaging
  

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

• A return shipping label
  
• Instructions on how and where to send your package
  

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  
• Processing typically occurs within 10 business days
  

Please note:

• A restocking fee of up to 10–15% may apply to returned products
  
• Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund

WARRANTY

We strive to make a product that is as close to perfect as possible, but things do happen. We back all our products with a lifetime warranty on all *non-cosmetic workmanship. The cosmetics of the product (ie, paint or powder coat) are backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper Installation
• Freight
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by collision
• Products not manufactured by Montana Offroad Design

Warranty conditions

Montana Offroad Designs being notified by the purchaser within one month after the discovery of any defects.

The return of the defective product(s) to Montana Offroad Designs at the purchaser's expense within the warranty period.

Montana Offroad Design examination of such product(s) and its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

*non-cosmetic pertains to - welding, material quality, hardware, fasteners, electrical, and electrical connectors.
